Description

This is a commission from my aunt's friend to draw her nephew that is a teensy bit overdue (I really wanted to finish it before Christmas >_>)

I decided I was going to experiment a bit with crayons in this and I had a lot of fun

So pretty much I wanted to give this a kind of child-like aspect and when I think of kids, I think of crayons and stars so..

But yeah I'm pretty proud of how this came out because I was really worried about the crayons but I think they look pretty decent ^u^

Alright, for a real critique lolol

I just completely love this piece because of the using of crayons, you don't really see many artists using Crayons in a piece, and the crayon use gives it a childish feel and it's just so cute!

They way you used the colors on his skin is awesomeee! But that's where there's a problem, you didn't do it on the hair, so it kinda doesn't look right, maybe if you added like a purple/blue tint on the hair, it'd look more natural, plus more awesome then it already is.

Do you not have a white pen by the way? I think if you used it on some parts of the drawing, it'd look pretty too!

I myself have the same color pencils, but I SUCK with them, compared to you anyway. Heh.
